Idiot-in-Chief Obama spreading outrageous lies about ObamaCare to promote a communist agenda

Obama’s latest attempt to shove the government takeover of healthcare down the throats of the American people has taken yet another insane turn. On Monday (3/15), in his Health Care Reform address in Strongsville, Ohio, President Obama claimed that ObamaCare will reduce insurance premiums by as much as “3,000 percent.” The words lie and impossible are insufficient to describe the outright idiocy and ridiculousness of such a preposterous assertion.

Unhappy with just spreading fear and misinformation about America’s healthcare system, trashing insurance companies, defaming conservative opponents, avoiding a fair and balanced debate of the facts, and strong-arming Congress into passing the 2,700 page healthcare bill monstrosity without proper due process and allowing lawmakers to vote on the actual healthcare legislation, Obama is now insulting our intelligence.

Obama’s remarks from Strongsville, Ohio rally, documented on the White House website, are reproduced below (bold emphasis is mine):

How many people are getting insurance through their jobs right now? Raise your hands. All right. Well, a lot of those folks, your employer it’s estimated would see premiums fall by as much as 3,000 percent, which means they could give you a raise.

Taking Obama’s comments at face value and examining his health care premium claim, David Gibberman from the American Thinker site, observes (bold emphasis is mine):

Considering that a 50% decrease in premiums would mean that we’d be paying half as much as we now pay for health insurance and that a 100% decrease in premiums would mean that we’d be paying nothing for health insurance, President Obama is telling us that insurance companies will actually start paying us money to keep our health insurance.

If your current health insurance policy costs $5,000 a year, insurance companies will pay you $145,000 a year (2,900% multiplied by $5,000). If you’re fortunate enough to be paying $25,000 a year for health insurance, insurance companies will pay you $725,000 a year. There’s no word whether you can purchase a more expensive health insurance policy to increase the amount of money that insurers pay you each year.

Just think, America: These are the people telling us that they know best how to run 1/6 of our economy.

Last week, in his article “Thugs in Washington“, Steve Jalsevac discussed the lengths to which the Obama Democrats will go to pass the government takeover of America’s private healthcare system. He eloquently summarized the massive abuses of power and vicious strategies being deployed to undermine the Constitution and force their radical agenda on the American people.

All stops are being pulled to ram their health care legislation through – no matter how much the American public opposes it, no matter how much they have to lie and trash the constitution and legislative traditions, and no matter how much they have to bribe or threaten fellow Democrats who won’t go along with their corrupt program.

And then Wesley Smith directs us to a post on National Review online by Yuval Levin. Levin writes, “Democratic leaders should be asking themselves just how they have gotten to the point that their strategy is to amend a law that doesn’t exist yet by passing a bill without voting on it.”

With the Democrat leadership’s latest moves, bi-partisanship, transparency, and political ethics are all dead. Any means is being used to justify the end. Abuse of power is rampant.

We are witnessing the full spectrum of the radical tactics the Obama administration and leftist Democrats will use to shove the country ever closer to communism and ever-larger government oppression and control. They will spread fear, bribe, exaggerate, demonize opponents, cheat, trash the constitution, strong-arm arm opponents, undermine the constitution, and outright lie over and over again.

Obama and the Democrats seek a government-run healthcare victory by any means! No lie and exaggeration is big enough to justify Obama’s obsession to have government take over 1/6 of the economy and drag America further into the communist nightmare he and the other radical leftists Democrats envision. If you can’t persuade, lead, and convince, just strong-arm, force, and outright lie to get your way. Marx, Lenin, Stalin, and Mao would be very proud to see their spiritual children work so tirelessly to enslave yet another 300 million people.
