Revised numbers from the Labor Department show negative job growth during June 2010. For each job opening, there were five persons looking for work, and 300,000 fewer workers were hired in June than in May. The ride down continues.

A couple of weeks ago, Sarah Palin suggested that President Obama lacked the requisite “cojones” to stand up for border security. She should have waited.

If she had, she would have seen that President Obama’s lack of cojones extends far beyond border security — it extends to our national security more broadly. President Obama, simply put, has no cojones when it comes to defending and protecting this nation from threats at home and abroad. His leadership style is more waxed chest and eyebrow trim than alpha male; he’s our first metrosexual president, an elitist who believes that sweet-talking and willful blindness to the nature of our enemies are a recipe for a success. more »

Police in Williamsburg, Va., have arrested a juvenile, whose name is being withheld due to his age for repeatedly raping a 6-year-old girl. His arrest comes after two others, Tito Guirao-Aguilar, 39, and Samuel Eli Jacobo-Guirao, 20, were apprehended for victimizing the girl.

Guirao-Aguilar has been charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery of a person under the age of 13, and Jacobo-Guirao is charged with one count of rape of a person under the age of 13 and two counts of aggravated sexual battery of a person under 13.

Both men are being held in the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail without bond. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has also placed a hold on them. more »

Inflation is the inevitable ending of this awful economic crisis. The only questions are how much and when.

A rising number of supports champion inflation as a salvation strategy. Richard Russell in a recent newsletter provides the rationale (emboldening by Mr. Russell):

In my opinion, the US MUST default on its debt. There are two ways to default. One is simply to renege on the debt … The other way to default on the debt is to inflate it away. I’m absolutely convinced that this is the path that the US will take. If the US inflates enough, then over time (many years) the devalued dollar will tend of reduce the power of the debts.

Using images, video clips, and information about Obama’s activities in the 70 days since the BP Deepwater Horizon rig exploded and sank in the Gulf of Mexico. The video timeline is a powerful condemnation of Obama’s inability to act as President, deal with reality, and help with this massive crisis.

The video correctly blames Obama for not being ready to lead and lacking the necessary experience and ability to lead. It concludes with a call to action:

A government report released today reveals that the Obama administration plans to drastically cut America’s nuclear arsenal by up to 40%. These massive reductions in the US nuclear stockpiles are to be implemented by the year 2021.

The news has gone from bad to worse regarding Obama’s desire to eliminate all US nuclear weapons. Last week I highlighted the Suicidal-in-Chief’s desire to drastically undermine America’s nuclear defense and strike capabilities is detailed in the president’s New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (New-START) with Russia, that he signed in April of 2010. Today these ominous developments have come to light.

Yesterday, Michelle Malkin issued a call to her blog readers to help create new NASA logos to “mock Team Obama’s Muslim-pandering makeover of the space program.” Some of the best logos submitted can be seen below.

The logo makeover contest was in response to the latest “Muslim friendly” NASA policies that Obama has foisted on America’s space exploration agency. Yes, this is no joke! Barack Hussein Obama has designated NASA’s new mission to “engage much more with dominantly Muslim nations to help them feel good about their historic contribution to science.”

This information was revealed by NASA’s new Administrator Charles Bolden (appointed by Obama) in a recent interview with Al Jazeera. Bolden emphasized that strengthening ties with Muslim countries “was among the top tasks President Obama assigned him. He said better interaction with the Muslim world would ultimately advance space travel.” more »

The current occupant of the White House claims to know how to create jobs. He claims jobs have been created. But so far the score is Great Obama Depression 2.2 million lost jobs, Obama 0 — a blowout.

Obama is as hopeless, helpless, clueless and bankrupt of good ideas as the manager of the Chicago Cubs in late September. This “community organizer” knows as much about private-sector jobs as Pamela Anderson knows about nuclear physics.

It’s time to call Obama what he is: The Great Jobs Killer. With his massive spending and tax hikes — rewarding big government and big unions, while punishing taxpayers and business owners — Obama has killed jobs, he has killed motivation to create new jobs, he has killed the motivation to invest in new businesses, or expand old ones. Obama’s poorly coded message to investors is to take your money out of America and keep it out. Whether through excessive taxation, suffocating over-regulation, or thuggish confiscation, the lesson to be drawn by anyone with excess capital is to look for friendlier places to put it to work.

The list of friendlier places excludes North Korea, Venezuela, and Iran for the time being, but almost everywhere else qualifies. Russia’s president spent several days in Silicon Valley recently looking for adventurous investors and came away with a $1B commitment from Cisco Systems. For Cisco, sitting on a cash hoard of $30B, with years of experience partnering with the burgeoning Russian venture capital industry, the decision was probably not a very tortured one. And what a perfect opportunity for Cisco’s CEO John Chambers to keep his cash as far from Obama’s collection agencies as possible. more »

During the questions and answers session with the correspondent, the billionaire business owner addressed some of the most serious problems American companies face and the incompetent manner in which politicians in Washington, DC are handling the economic situation and the unpredictable manner in which they continue to aggressively punish US businesses.

In the interview Wynn talks about the lack of common sense that has disappeared in Washington and the completely out-of-control spending that is fueling the massive national debt:

“It’s common sense that’s disappeared in Washington DC. It’s common sense that’s disappeared in the years of 7 and 8 in America. We’re inheriting the awful results, both in our government … of wild, uncontrolled spending, unbelievable, unsustainable debt.

Governor Jan Brewer has just released another video message where she, once again, speaks out against Obama’s complete failure to secure the US borders and help Arizona control the massive illegal immigration invasion plaguing that state.

Governor Brewer takes on Obama’s lies that “our border is as safe as it has ever been” and she challenges the President to do his constitutionally mandated job of securing our borders and protecting the citizens of Arizona and of the United States.

This conservative woman has the guts and determination to challenge Obama’s incompetence and dereliction of duties.
